In Thuong Lam and the Na Hang – Lam Binh lake area, limestone mountains mirror on the water among Tay villages. Along the way, you will cruise the lake, enjoy local cuisine, and discover culture through the tinh lute, Then melodies, and community activities.
06:00: Your vehicle and guide pick you up at the meeting point in Hanoi and depart for Thuong Lam, Tuyen Quang. Stop for breakfast at a roadside restaurant.
12:00: Arrive in Thuong Lam and enjoy a local lunch. Check in at the homestay and rest.
Afternoon: Take a gentle walk through the village and farming landscapes of Thuong Lam. With your guide’s arrangement and the host family’s consent, meet a Tay family, learn about stilt-house architecture and daily life, then discover traditional brocade weaving and try a simple step under local guidance.
19:00: Dinner at the homestay with traditional Tay dishes.
20:00: Join a cultural exchange with Then singing, tinh lute, traditional dance, and bamboo pole dancing. Overnight at the homestay in a private room.

08:30: Transfer to Thuong Lam pier and board a boat to explore the Na Hang – Thuong Lam ecological lake:
09:00: Enjoy the scenery and take photos at Coc Vai Pha, one of the symbols of the Na Hang – Lam Binh lake area. You are free to admire the majestic mountain landscape, the blue lake and the rocky cliffs rising from the water. In particular, you will have the opportunity to experience kayaking/SUP, relax and enjoy the scenery in the middle of the lake, immersing yourself in the pristine and magnificent natural surroundings.
10:00: Arrive at Khuoi Nhi Waterfall for a scenic visit. The waterfall stop may be adjusted if weather, water levels, or trail conditions are unsafe.
12:00: Lunch on the boat while returning to the pier.
13:00: Disembark and return to the homestay to rest.
Afternoon: A gentle village walk in Thuong Lam, then try traditional popcorn-making — simple maize and rice kernels transformed into a fragrant, rustic snack.
19:00: Dinner at the homestay, followed by a herbal foot soak using garden herbs. Overnight at the homestay in a private room.
07:00: Breakfast at the homestay.
08:00: Experience pounding sticky-rice cakes (banh day): steam sticky rice together, pound the cakes, and shape colorful rounds dyed with natural plant leaves. Enjoy the cakes you made yourself — a simple, memorable highland treat.
11:30: Lunch at the homestay, then check out and return to Hanoi with a suitable rest stop en route.
Around 19:00: Arrive in Hanoi. The journey ends — we look forward to welcoming you again!
