International bank transfers via SWIFT to the corporate bank account of Co Son Nu Travel Trading Company Limited.
The website only introduces payment via SWIFT. The bank account number, SWIFT code and full banking information will not be publicly displayed. This information will be sent privately to customers in the quotation or Booking Confirmation containing a booking reference.
After receiving the request and agreeing on the itinerary, Hidden North Vietnam will send the customer an official quotation, service booking confirmation and payment instructions specifically prepared for each booking.

Hidden North Vietnam accepts payment by international bank transfer through the SWIFT system to the official bank account held in the name of Co Son Nu Travel Trading Company Limited.
Full banking information will be provided privately in the official quotation or tour booking confirmation issued for each booking. For security and fraud-prevention purposes, full bank account information is not publicly disclosed on the website.
Customers are requested to enter the correct booking reference in the payment description and follow the instructions regarding bank charges stated in the booking confirmation.
A booking will only be confirmed after the payment has been credited to the Company’s official bank account.
Hidden North Vietnam does not request customers to pay tour fees into any personal bank account.
Customers must verify the correct company name, booking reference and email address from which the payment instructions were sent before completing the transaction.
Upon receiving any payment request that appears unusual, customers are requested to contact Hidden North Vietnam directly through the official email address or WhatsApp contact published on the website.
A screenshot of the transfer instruction or bank transfer receipt is not considered final confirmation of payment. Payment will only be confirmed after the funds have been credited to the Company’s bank account. After receiving payment, Hidden North Vietnam will send the tour booking confirmation within 24 working hours.
The deposit amount, deadline for payment of the remaining balance, transaction fees, and cancellation or refund conditions will be clearly stated in the quotation, tour booking confirmation and policies applicable to each booking.
After receiving a tour booking request, the Hidden North Vietnam team will contact the customer within 48 working hours to confirm the itinerary and provide payment instructions.
Customers are requested to carefully check the booking information and payment instructions before completing the transaction. The tour booking will only be confirmed after Hidden North Vietnam has received the payment agreed upon by both parties.
Please transfer payment only to Hidden North Vietnam’s official company bank account provided in the official quotation, Booking Confirmation or Payment Instructions issued for your booking.
Hidden North Vietnam will confirm receipt of the payment as soon as possible.
Please note: We are not responsible for payments transferred to any unofficial account or to an account that has not been provided in writing by Hidden North Vietnam.
To protect the interests of all customers and facilitate service arrangements with local partners, all tour cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email or WhatsApp and confirmed by Hidden North Vietnam.
Hidden North Vietnam will make every effort to assist customers in changing the departure date instead of cancelling the tour, where actual conditions allow.
Where a tour cannot be operated or must be suspended due to force majeure events beyond the control of the parties, Hidden North Vietnam has the right to adjust the itinerary, postpone or cancel the tour to ensure customer safety.

To ensure transparency, safety and service quality, Hidden North Vietnam does not permit customers to sell, resell or transfer tours for commercial purposes in any form.
Where Hidden North Vietnam discovers that a tour has been resold or transferred without authorization to a third party without our written approval, Hidden North Vietnam has the right to refuse to provide the service or cancel the tour booking confirmation. In such cases, the entire amount paid will be non-refundable. This applies to both the original tour booker and the recipient of the transfer.
This policy applies to all Hidden North Vietnam programs, including shared tours, private tours and group tours.
Customers are responsible for preparing all necessary documents before the trip.
For international customers, passports must remain valid in accordance with applicable regulations, and customers are responsible for obtaining a visa to enter Vietnam where required. Copies of identification documents will be submitted for accommodation registration, insurance purchase or procedures required by the relevant authorities.
Hidden North Vietnam takes a high level of responsibility in ensuring and encouraging supporting service providers, including transportation providers, hotels and restaurants, to consistently maintain their service standards. However, we are not responsible for losses, delays or changes arising from service providers, weather conditions, natural disasters, decisions by the relevant authorities or events beyond the control of Hidden North Vietnam.
In all circumstances, Hidden North Vietnam will make every effort to support customers and find appropriate solutions to minimize any impact on the journey.
Some Hidden North Vietnam programs require a minimum number of participants to ensure service and experience quality.
Where a shared tour does not meet the required minimum number of participants, Hidden North Vietnam has the right to:

The tour guide has the right to refuse to allow a customer to continue participating in an activity or program where the customer’s conduct creates a danger, violates the law, harasses others or repeatedly fails to comply with safety instructions. In such cases, unused services may not be refunded, and the customer will be responsible for any related additional costs, subject to the Booking Conditions and applicable laws.
Customer safety is always Hidden North Vietnam’s highest priority. Some programs may include trekking, kayaking, boating or other outdoor activities in mountainous areas.
Customers must follow the tour guide’s instructions, use safety equipment correctly and proactively provide information about their health condition before the trip.
Where weather conditions or actual circumstances do not ensure safety, Hidden North Vietnam has the right to adjust the itinerary or change certain activities to ensure the safety of the entire group.
The tour price includes travel insurance for the duration of the tour. Customers are covered by travel insurance in accordance with the applicable regulations and scope of coverage. However, this does not include insurance for tour cancellation risks or risks arising outside the time and area in which our tour activities take place.
We encourage customers to purchase additional comprehensive travel insurance before the trip to protect their interests against risks such as flight cancellations, lost luggage, medical expenses or incidents arising outside the scope of the itinerary. Although Hidden North Vietnam always prioritizes safety standards in all activities, customers should understand that journeys in mountainous, remote or community-based areas may still be affected by weather conditions, terrain and other objective factors.
Hidden North Vietnam always strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information about itineraries, destinations, weather conditions, transportation, local cultures and necessary information before the trip.
Information shared through the website, email or direct consultation is intended to help customers prepare as effectively as possible for the journey. However, certain information may change due to actual conditions at the destination or decisions by the relevant authorities that are beyond our control.
In all circumstances, Hidden North Vietnam will proactively inform and coordinate with customers to provide an appropriate solution and ensure their interests and the best possible experience.

We always welcome solo travellers to join our shared tours. If you would prefer a more private experience, we can also design a private tour upon request.
Hidden North Vietnam organizes private tours for families, groups of friends, businesses, schools and international groups. The itinerary will be designed flexibly according to each group’s requirements and budget.
The number of participants depends on each program to ensure the quality of the experience and protect the local environment. The maximum number of participants will be clearly stated in each tour.
Most Hidden North Vietnam cultural and sightseeing tours are suitable for children and elderly guests who are in good health. For trekking programs or outdoor activities, we will recommend a suitable tour based on each customer’s age and health condition.
We encourage customers to book tours at least 30 days in advance, particularly during peak seasons or public holidays, to ensure availability and allow sufficient time to arrange the services.

After the tour has been successfully booked, Hidden North Vietnam will send you a list of items to prepare, weather information and important notes to help you get ready for the journey.
